The Managing Enterprise.......................................................................................................................................

The park is managed by SGZ - Sociedade de Gestão da Zona Industrial do Lazareto, S.A., an enterprise created in May 2004, whose duty is to promote and make known the park and the economic activity it generates, being also responsible for:

> Supervision of compliance with the rules for the utilization of common spaces
> Providing equipments and support services
> Park infrastructure general maintenance work
> Cleaning and landscaping of the park
> Looking after the security of the park

Shareholders of SGZ are

Municipality of S. Vicente (35% of the capital stock),
Government of Cape Verde (32.5%),
Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Agriculture and Services of Barlavento (22.5%),
Commercial, Industrial and Agricultural Association for Barlavento (5%)
Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Sotavento (5%).
