> Freshwater distribution network
> Waste and rain water drainage network
> Roadways (one 10m wide, and five 7m wide) and vehicle parking zones

> Maintenance of the infra-structures and equipments
> Security services
> Public lighting
> Gardening and maintenance of green spaces
> Collection and disposal of solid wastes
> Collection and disposal of domestic type wastewater 

Electricity and water

The supplier is ELECTRA - Empresa de Electricidade e Águas, S.A., the public service concessionaire for electricity and water, with whom users establish contract for the connection and supply.
